I bought this a month ago to prepare for bad weather. After unpacking the generator and reading the quick start direction it started on the first try. Then I hooked it up to test it capacity to power refrigerator, heater, TV, and microwave and everything worked fine. I did not have to use it but, if I need it I have the peace of mind that it will work properly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Did some research prior to purchasing, was looking for a small Gasoline Inverter Generator to power my pellet stove when we lose power. This was a great one without breaking “breaking the bank” on a huge generator. Plus it will be great for camping/travel if needed!

Just what I needed....

We were without power for a week owing to Hurricane Helene. This is just what I needed then to run 15W appliances and charge my solar generator. Borrowed someone else's 5000 W generator, but it was very loud and heavy. This one has plenty of capacity for my usage as a backup and is much quieter and easier to move around. I particularly like the dual fuel capability and 30 amp outlet for my travel trailer.

Not fully functional

I bought this 3 weeks ago and followed all the instructions. It was hard to crank on propane but has gotten easier. I still cannot get it to run on gas. Will not even start on gas. Was going to return to the store but decided to keep since the main reason for purchasing this genenrator was for the propane and it will be used mainly for camping.
