Easy start and operation / Quiet operation / Runs refrigerator freezer nicely, nice to have peace of mind knowing I'm not going to loose Hundreds of dollars worth of food...

Very impressed with packaging and information provided. I like that a screwdriver, oil and spark plug tool were provided. I plan to use synthetic oil instead of the oil provided and ethanol free gas. Havent started it yet.

fast delivery, put in service quickly with the instructions. love the oil filling funnel that actually screws in oil fill location. starts, runs, and generates excellent, very quiet. excellant product for the money.

I’m a mature, single female and bought this generator for small appliances and my phone charger in case my power goes out. When setting it up, the service cover was a bit hard to remove, partly because I had no idea there were also plastic tabs in addition to the two screws mentioned in the instructions. With a bit of tugging, well, quite a bit of tugging actually, I finally got the cover off. When the instruction says to go slow when adding the oil, be sure to go slow! Otherwise, you’ll be cleaning up excess oil that drips from the filler tube. Ask me how I know. Overall though, the generator seemed to work as it should on first use. It started on the second pull.

I purchased this portable generator to maintain power to critical items in the event of a power outage. It is lite weight and appears very well built. The manuals that came with it are impressive. Experience will tell if this unit lives up to its good reviews. Happy with my purchase.
