I haven't owned this very long but i would definately compair it to more expensive competitors. It's very quiet and starts right up on first pull. It has run everything I have put to it so far.

Quick and easy setup!

All we had to do was add the oil sent with the generator, fill with gas, and it started right up! Plan to eventually use it for an off-grid cabin that has small refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, wall-mounted electric fireplace, lights, and fan. We'll see which of these it's able to handle! So far, we've just tried a light and a small shop-vac here at our home.

I have a generator that I purchased years ago that is not an "inverter". It is too large, too heavy, too noisy and has to run at a constant, loud, speed. I was also warned that charging phones, etc. was risky. The iGen2200 will solve all of these problems.
I have only used the iGen2200 once, but I was able to get it started quickly. I was able to vac up piles of leaves away from my house without trying to string together multiple extension cords. I am a "gadget guy" and this is a nice gadget.

Great Generator

I have never owned a generator because I thought they were so much work. I have lost power a couple of times in the past month and had no heat. I finally bought one and am glad I did. So easy to startup. It runs my pellet stove, my internet and much more. No more cold black nights for me!
