Quiet and lite weight

Reliable!

We bought this 1 year ago when we moved into our first house. The manual is exceedingly clear and easy to follow, which is very helpful when you're stressed and need a generator! The generator at this point in time seems reliable.

Basic efficient unit!

Did my research on these types of units and the Westinghouse was my pick from others experience with it. Only concern I have and will address with manufacturer is the dipstick wanted to cross thread when I reinstalled it after adding oil.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a trailer so I bought a second one to parallel with my original one for 4400 watts. I realize it will not power everything on my trailer but it will get me by in case something happens.

Typically with a product at this price point you don't expect good instructions or support. However, the product comes with very easy to follow instructions and their support was excellent. I only called to have a few questions answered and the rep was very response and helpful. Thanks again for a great product!

Had to return first one as it leaked gasoline. Received a replacement very promptly and that one works great. Meets expectations! Love it!
