Great option for quiet generator

I bought this to power a few things in the house in case the power was out, as well as taking it on camping trips. It has enough power to do what I need, and still remains quiet.

Great generator! Started on second pull. Runs quiet on a number of loads.
Easy to set up with oil and gas. The user manual in detailed but easy to follow.

I recently purchased this unit to power lamps, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, space heater when necessary, etc. at my small cabin in the mountains. Due to recent heavy snow I had to cancel my vacation plans so I have yet to actually put my new iGen2200 to use, so hopefully I can update this review after extended use. However, my initial impression is quite favorable. It's nicely designed: Output options are good. Rubber dust/moisture covers on all of the outputs. Very quiet operation. It came with the exact amount of oil & a screw-in spout, so setup was a breeze (BTW: remember keep the empty bottle in order to easily measure the correct amount for future oil changes). Took several pulls to get it going on the initial try, but since then it starts on the first pull. Prior to buying a generator I extensively researched similar products for price, quality, sufficient output & quiet operation. The iGen2200/2500 ranked highly (or highest) on all sites I visited. So as I said: I'll try to add to this review once I've had a chance to see how my IGen performs in real time.

Quiet, easy to use AND option to double power.

After having a loud, hard-to-use generator I had a few key criteria for my next one. A key criterion was quietness. Another key purchase decision was the ability to STACK another one for double the wattage (I could not find another one with this option). After my last generator, I wanted something that did not require 50 steps to start. Easy instructions to start is important to me because when in a crisis, in the cold, etc - it needs to be easy to understand.
