Runs my 5000 btu window ac after running ac on high fan for a few minutes. 60db at full throttle from 50 feet away. Started first pull right out of the box!

Nice features, poor access for oil dipstick

I like the features and what appears to be a solidly constructed generator. I wish the location of the dipstick was more convenient for checking the oil as often as recommended. You need to remove the side cover which requires a screwdriver to remove two screws. Once you remove the screws, you have to pull the maintenance cover off that is also held in place by grommet posts. The manual says to "carefully pull the cover out with both hands to prevent damage to the grommet posts." This does not sound the like the best arrangement for accessing the oil dipstick.

Way quieter than I expected

I’m very pleased so far. Shipping was faster than stated at purchase. It was very easy setup and use. Break in went smoothly and it is much quieter than I expected. The Eco setting is a nice feature. Overall happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend!!

I bought the inverter generator for sump pump power back up because my old generator is heavy, noisy and a gas hog. Very happy I did. The iGen stared right up and you can barely tell it’s running.
