Instructions easy to follow, started with no problems. I will feel safe knowing I have this if my power goes out.

Works Great. I would recommend this product. Only reason it is not 5 stars is that the access cover rattles a bit when running. Not a huge issue and I will add some bumper stock to offset the issue.

Something new for me

Delivered very quickly. Easy to unbox and follow set up. Started with about three pulls. Verified all the outputs were working. Let it run for about 30 minutes without load to break in. A little noisier than expected but purchased specifically as a back up in case of weather related power outage. Something new for me. I've never used a generator of any kind. So far seems pretty simple to operate and hopefully will be reliable if needed.

I've done all sorts of research, reading and watching reviews. This little machine is perfect for what I needed. I have a larger generator, I wanted a little portable one that has many functions. The fact that I can just throw in the truck and go. I use for construction sites to operate power tools and airless sprayer. Generator starts on first pull, and is so quiet.
