Started good the first time then recoil broke

The unit started and ran very well while i was doing the 5 hour break in period. The next time i tried to start the unit (a day later) - the recoil was locked up and would not allow me to pull it over. I submitted a service request and we will see what happens. Currently the unit is unusable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product looks great and after adding the oil and gas, started in the firs pull. The iGen2200 will be of great use for me at the ranch.
