this unit runs great with very little Nosie....you can very easily have a conversation beside it. wish it had a fuel gauge but for the price its a fantastic buy.

Nice compact unit

The generator came with oil and a funnel. Easy to start. The access cover on the side has two screws plus some snap-in plastic pins that will hold it in place without the screws. The snap in pins were quite tight. One thing missing from the unit is an hour meter to help time oil changes. The user manual is detailed and calls for 50 hour oil changes.

Great inverter generator for the price

Just bought 2 unit. Very light and quiet. Look very nice too. One thing I worry is both unit back panel where the exhaust is have a gap and the plastic don't line up properly. It make it hard to put the panel back after and one screw just spin and spin and it not catching the place where it should go. Won't line up properly

Wonderful Gift

I was just given this Westinghouse inverter and now have the security of knowing that I can have some electricity should power go out in my area. After experiencing 4 days of no electricity, having this inverter will allow me to save my frozen and refrigerated foods with ability to recharge cell phones and run other devices. I've practiced starting/stopping after making the recommended preparations and it seems easy enough.

I bought this unit 2 months ago and i used it to power my RV trailer with 13500 btu air conditioner. It work with out soft start.
