3 pulls and broke

this broke the same day i got it. pulled 3 time and now the pull start wont retract. now im in limbo with there "help" staff. called them monday afternoon and still ZERO response. i cant take this back either bc i put gas into it...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mobility of generator

I made a wheeled platform for my generator,so all I have to do is move from the garage to the front porch, connect to sump, start it up and relax.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased to use in our camper. Light weight and easy to transport. Works great for our camper. Quiet enough to not be invasive in the remote areas we camp.
It has also been invaluable during the power outages we have been having due to high winds in the southwest.
