Arrived in good condition. Added oil and gas and it fired up as expected. We use it for our travel trailer, mainly for charging the batteries when dry camping and running the Keurig coffee maker and microwave, which it does pretty easily. I know the Keurig pulls almost 1500 watts during warm up. It's very quiet and I like all of the information available on the digital display.

Super quiet and easy to start

Came packaged extremely well, follow pre start instructions to fill with provided funnel and oil. Filled with gas and fired right up with one easy pull. It's quiet enough to be able to have a normal conversation at a normal volume right next to it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

iGen2550c Inverter Generator

I bought 2 of these so that I can run in parallel to power my RV AC. They were easy to set up and are easy to operate. The manual is surprisingly good though I do wish there were a little more explanation about the LED display. Both units fired up easily. The first runs perfectly, but the second has cut off unexpectedly about 10 times in the first couple of hours. When it does this the low oil light pops on, so I suspect it may be a faulty sensor. In fact, this issue is specifically mentioned in the troubleshooting section in the back of the manual, so I plan to call the 800 number to see if it can be easily resolved. For the time being I gave a 3 star rating and hope to adjust later if possible pending resolution.

iGen2550c Inverter Generator

Easy to set up and operate, and the noise level is very acceptable for campground use. Love that I can connect a 30 amp RV cord directly to it without any adaptors. The manual says it doesn't come with the wires needed to run 2 units in parallel but maybe that's just leftover verbiage from other models because both units came with cords. And they're super easy to use, truly just plug and play. Keep in mind that when you run in parallel you will not be able to take advantage of ECO mode...which makes sense anyway because you would typically only be running in parallel if you're providing power to something large like an RV AC unit. You don't want to be in ECO mode when something that large cycles on. But just know that when the AC cycles off your generators will not idle down while it's off, so no fuel savings! However, it does appear they will make it through the night on a full tank...will try to follow up on this later when I know for sure.

love how quiet it is and the fuel range

I've been meaning to buy a new generator for a while. I love that its quieter than the traditional generator and that it uses less fuel with the eco mode. Another plus is that I can move this generator whereas I struggled with our old Honda one because it was so heavy.

Tested it to make sure that it would be working for us in case we needed it for storm Hillary that just hit. It worked beautifully. We were very pleased with the quietness of the generator and the way it performed. We plugged in several appliances and TV and it ran them all.
