Just bought this dual fuel inverter generator to provide backup charging abilities to my solar system while I'm beach camping on Baja. With a 30 amp circuit I'm hoping it does the trick.

The serial nr tag is not on the muffler cover as shown in your FAQ. Support advises this number on the cover is the serial number 25G0523B534. The lock on one side cover fell apart while running. The latch and screw are presumably under the engine/gen unit somewhere but I have been unable see it or shake it it out. Where can I get new latch parts?

I just received this product a few days ago and so far so good. Well written manual and the unit appears to be fully serviceable. Oiled it up and it fired after the first few pulls the first start up and on the first pull thereafter. Looking forward to many years of use and at the product price point that’s a great deal!

Using for draining small pond
