The generator was bigger than I thought it would be, but still portable. It was easy to figure out and the instructions were clear. Adding the engine oil was easy and it came with a convenient funnel. It started right up using my propane tank and the hose that came with it. A little louder than expected for a quiet generator, but much quieter than a regular non inverter generator. I recommend this product.

This generator has the right size and shape. It works perfect and with no-noise. It is very light-weighted, which makes it easy to carry on. I can power my TV and electronic devices safely while camping

I bought two of these iGen2550 Generators for my Travel Trailer. Would have preferred one bigger one however after two back surgeries I am limited on how much I can lift. After doing much research, I think these are the best and here’s why. First off, they run in parallel with out having to purchase and hook up a separate device. They both came with parallel wires at no extra cost. They each have a full 30 amp. Trailer Plug In. So, no need for an adapter. They are very lightweight. I can carry both at the same time (if needed) I usually carry one at a time with no problem. They have a plastic screw in funnel to fill the oil tank (others are hard to fill or top off without spilling a mess) used and replace oil with out spilling a drop. They come with the exact amount of oil needed (no need to carefully measure) They have one knob to turn for starting, running and shutting down. They made the outside in a way the handle lays flat in a formed spot on the side panel. The dashboard is bright and shows amount of fuel level by just looking at the control panel. Both started quickly and ran perfect. I use them in parallel so I can run my Air Conditioner in my Trailer. I just spent six weeks traveling Florida and used them frequently. They each come with a tool kit and everything needed to start using. I would definitely buy them again. I gave them 4 Star because I wish they had wheels, however they are light enough to not really need them.
