Dead on arrival

I followed the instructions for a quick start up but after 20 min of pulling the cord. I began my own troubleshooting. Removed spark plug an found good spark but no fuel reaching spark plug. Removed access panel an noticed that choke cable not connected at carb. I connected it and unit started one pull. I believe unit was tested on propane and not gasoline. Because of choke cable design it could not have been connected at factory. Please send me a cover for unit.
Ps. Because of my small engine training I solved problem. Otherwise it would have been returned

Everything worked as described. Start-up was easy and straightforward. I especially like the eCon mode to save fuel with low power operation.
Some of the display modes could be better described in the manual, but work well.

This generator looks well built. Looks like quality materials were used. I’m happy it’s a dual fuel. Very good bang for your buck. I bought it for emergencies because it seems like my power goes out whenever it gets a little windy. However I haven’t gotten the chance to test it but I’m sure it’s going to work as intended.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy propane setup

I had a little trouble getting the generator to run, but that's because I didn't read the instructions verbatim. It says to pull the choke, pull the rope, push in the choke, pull the rope. Doing that worked perfectly! I have it hooked up to propane and was a bit afraid at first but now I have no fear. I'm a senior citizen woman and it's not too heavy that I can't move it around and if I need to I suppose I can put it on one of those little cars with wheels later. Very happy with this purchase and did the break in with a separate magnetic dip stick I bought, changed the oil twice and she's ready to go for the next camp or storm emergency.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got it, haven't put it to the test yet. Started on first pull, info led panel shows all is in order. Going to use it occ'l for our camper to power the normal needs

DON'T HESISTATE TO BUY, JUST BUY IT. USED THIS FOR A 4 DAY CAMPING TRIP AND IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. NORMALLY STARTS ON THE FIRST PULL IF NOT THE SECOND.
