PERFECT FOR USING FOR OUR FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER. IF WE ARE TRAVELING ITS GREAT FOR POWERING OUR REFRIGERATOR OR WHEN WE BOONDOCK ITS LARGE ENOUGH TO POWER WHEN NO HOOK UPS ARE AVAILABLE. POWERFUL AND EXTREMLEY QUITE
I received the generator on 10/10/24 & took it camping that weekend. The unit is light & started on the 1st pull on propane & gas. Runs quite. Time will tell how it holds up.
Bought it last week. Used 2 nights. Night 1, ran thru the night. Night 2, shut off twice, needed restart. Was on eco mode, with a very light load.(2 Cpap machines).
I bought two of these on our way home from a road trip cut short by Hurricane Helene. We hoped to get them running in time to save our frozen and refrigerated foods. We did. Runs great and adequate for our need. The controls are easy to understand. Starts dependably. Just remember to start without a load and don't expect it to power your house. Count the watts on your devices. Don't expect it to power a microwave, toaster oven, or coffee maker unless you dedicate the service just to one if those high demand appliances at a time. We kept one running for 15 days. The oil change interval is a killer, but it takes less than a pint. It's quiet, compact, and moveable with built-in handle. Excellent for emergency backup for basic needs.
We purchased this generator for foul weather because we often lose power with trees going down across Atlanta. We haven't *had* to use it yet but are glad we can keep our refrigerator running and add a couple of lights when necessary. We got it, unboxed it, added the oil and connected it to our propane tanks and it started right up after a couple of pulls. I won't say "I can't wait to use it." but I am happy we have it now for foul weather!
