Great Generator

I purchased this generator for power backup for our house. I have a 10 circuit transfer switch that I powered with my welder that also produces 8,000 watts. We have several 2 to 6 day power outages each fall and winter and have been using the welder for several years but it's not big enough to power our well along with the 10 circuits. This generator allows us to power everything we need, well, freezers, refers, wood furnace combustion blower and circulation fan, sewer lift pump, water reservoir pump, TV, computers and enough lighting to be comfortable.
It started with the first push of the start button. Really like with one quick push it sets the choke and starts the starting sequence. Also the remote start will be really nice when the power goes out during a blizzard.

Went through a freeze with a small generator and decided we would never go through that again. Absolutely love the push start! Love the look and so glad that we decided to make this purchase!

Great Generator

Just received the generator. Some minor assembly which takes about 15 minutes. Then of course removing it from the shipping pallet. Haven't used it yet but it should start right up. Hopefully it will only be a future precaution and not a necessary requirement. I am happy I went with the Westinghouse product.

Awesome power

Had only a few days but it runs my food truck with ease unlike competitors, it balances the power and enables me to work vending truck in areas with no power. Highly recommend it.

When I started researching generators for household backup purposes, this one quickly came to the top of the list. The features most important to me were low THD, dual-fuel, lots of power, electric/remote start and transfer switch ready. This one checked all the boxes! Item was received in good shape and started right up after adding oil and gas. I plan to plumb it via quick connects to my household propane tank. Looking forward to this generator providing many, many years of backup power!
