Perfect for Home Backup

I just bought this generator for backup power in case of a power outage. Very easy to set-up and start. Tested it today and it easily ran all power in my home including my boiler! Very happy with this unit.

Every thing as advertised

The generator arrived in perfect condition. I took advantage of the "liftgate" feature, and the delivery company's driver couldn't have been nicer. He delivered it to my garage and a half hour later I had the wheels and feet on, added gas and oil and it started right up. Love the easy fuel change system and the remote start.

Plugs all easily accessible

We bought this when having power outages. The main reason we bought the 9500/12500 was to run our well pump and fire pumps in an emergency. We hope we don't have to use it too often, but are glad we have it on our property.

Excellent Generator - Excellent Price!

I purchased the Gen9500 in early October. In my area we have infrequent power outages BUT, they usually last for 2-5 hours. Since my purchase I have used this unit twice - and I LOVE IT! Nice, easy starting and the unit is not as loud as I had expected. This unit kept me with lights and water (I am on a well system). I was also able to cook and watch TV. Now I wonder why I did not make this purchase before now. This is a really nice unit and it came at a great price.
