Best investment I've made!!

This has been one of the best investments I've made so far!!! The wgen 12000 has out performed every job and tasks ive had. Lately with the power outages we have had, our Westinghouse generator has kept my family with power and as well as some of the neighbors around us keeping them warm and the appliances going

Reliable power

Bought this as a replacement for an 8500 portable for use as a hurricane backup. Will power my whole house including well and pool pumps less central AC. Has been dependable and stable power.

Generator came quick and was easy to assemble. Hooked 20lb propane up to it and it fired right up ran for an hour with out any problems.

I previously purchased a WGen 7500/9000 to power a new mobile food trailer I recently purchased. The 7500/9000 ran the trailer perfectly but it ran at about 75-80% capacity. I bought the mobile food unit with one 10,000 BTU a/c, 6 foot hood system, commercial refrigerator, hot water heater, fresh water pumping system, etc. I was concerned that being in the Louisiana heat, I would need another a/c system for the mobile unit so I decided to install another. So I upgraded to the 12,000/15,000 and powered the unit. WOW! It almost seemed like the 12,000-15,000 laughed at being connected to the mobile food unit and said “is that it?” I’ve run the unit for 6 hrs 2 days in a row with everything running and still have gas left. It starts right up with 1 push, and the remote start is a nice feature as well. I would definitely recommend this generator for a food truck. The negative thing I have to say is that it is very loud. But I’m ok with the trade-off. I’ll take the power & deal with the sound.

Everything I Need

Just bought this unit as a power backup to the ranch. Needed to operate the well pump, two barns and main house. Can also use it to weld away from main 240V source and for power for the RV.

The generator arrived quickly and in good condition. No visible damage out of the box. Assembly was easy, as the instructions were simple and all parts were included. This review is actually for the WGen9500. This Model # was not included in the list of generators offered in the drop down menu via the online registration form. Since it was required to choose a model in order to proceed with the registration process, I chose the WGen12000. I haven’t actually fired it up yet, but do not anticipate any problems in doing so.
