Everything went to together as planned. Except the lock pins because the washer tolerance was interfering. Package and transported well. Have not tested it yet but everything looks to be well built and sturdy.

Not worth the money

My unit ran great the first few times I used it. After the 3-4 time I went to use it, it wouldn’t start and if it did only stayed running for a few mins. Took it to factory authorized repair that kept getting same bad part several times. After 2 1/2 months they are finally replacing the unit, I’ll never buy another of these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lots of power

Provides more than enough power for my rv. Is a bit finicky about starting. Only had for 6 weeks and had problems w the clicker and now I have to run a smaller generator to charge the battery so it will start. but I’m still getting start issues. now it says needs maintenance. Cleaned the spark arrestor and plug. Getting co2 warnings when under a roof against a wall. Not enclosed.

Having experienced numerous outages while living in S. Florida 30 years, I recently purchased this generator; so I only set it up to see how the bells and whistles but without placing load(s) on it yet. This generator is a God send for us elderly folks; the electric start alone is wonderful and adding the "key fob", I can start it while I'm still indoors. The dual fuel, especially the propane will allow me to store enough tanks safely and longer. Can't wait to run a complete, almost whole house, configuration. If the basic setup and startup are any indication, I'm pretty confident the load test will be successful. Just be aware, for older folks, this generator is quite heavy but at the age of 78 yo, with the wheels and extended handle I can still manage it fairly easily

Great features and well built

Purchased in May 2025 to prepare for hurricane season. I had decided on a larger/more powerful generator than the one we have used in the past. I really like the feature of the remote control.
