RV’ers Dream

We bought this to power our Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel. It easily powered the 50 Amp RV with 3 A/C’s, full size fridge, microwave and all of our accessories. Both fuel sources work well with gas lasting a bit longer than propane. It is heavy but what do expect for a generator with these features. Have used it to run power tools as well. No problem. Would definitely recommend. BTW - called customer service just see how they would respond. They answered my questions with ease and kindness.

Everything is laid out perfectly.. unit runs quiet. I was surprised to find an oil cooler on the unit .. well done !!!

bought as a home backup. Started right up and will test to the house once it gets warmer outside. Generator was well packaged and protected with all parts for the Generator. Very little assembly required, it was simple and quick to assemble. electrician install a (50amp) plug to my house. Used a 50amp power cord from generator to house. Very happy with purchase and I highly recommend this product. Any suggestions on a enclosure to buy for this? Any help will be appreciated

All the right stuff

Upgrading from a much smaller generator that served well. Needed power for electric space heaters and a well pump along with the Refrig and freezer some lights, microwave, toaster oven and tv/internet. Love the control panel and the fact that the outlets have covers. Interesting that that one thing is rare even among the high end generators. Assembly was easy. Helps to have a strong friend to get off the pallet. This is heavy duty and well built. I appreciate the trickle charge port and included charger.
Starts immediately runs smooth sounds powerful. Just waiting now for the Ice to fall heavy enough to cause the power to go out. We are ready. The only thing I can find to criticize is the placement of the gasoline fill port, but everyone wants to put it in the center. That makes refueling such a pain. However with the 10 gallon tank you don't have to refill often.

Solidly built unit

I bought this generator mid-way through 2020 but was not able to really check it out and write a review until now.. Let me explain I work in emergency preparedness for a large utility and do to the pandemic and multiple storms in 2020, I had to put my new generator on the back burn. I will say that I researched many other units and waited @ 6months for this one to become available. I could not be more pleased wit the quality of the unit and the solid design. Hopefully I will not have the need to use it anytime soon but have great piece of mind that my wife will not be in the dark should we we affected by a storm and I am away working to help restore power for others.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Using this as a backup as the area where I reside experiences power outages frequently.
Simple to un-crate/assemble.
Hooked up the battery and the unit started very easily first time after adding oil and fuel. Runs/starts consistently and I am extremely satisfied with the product. The remote start is certainly a bonus!
It will power my whole house and shop.

Great functionality and capability

Overall this is a great unit. I also own a Generac GP15000E. All things being equal, I think the Generac is better built and will most likely have a longer life. However, this unit has dual fuel capability, smart switch technology, remote start, and a battery charger. All are the reasons, I went with this unit, and I'm not disappointed.
