Power house full of features

Just bought this unit yesterday (4/2/2021). It was very well packaged in a heavy duty cardboard box strapped on a small pallet, with zero problems during transport. Spent about 20 minutes on the minor assembly required, reviewed start-up procedures, hooked up a propane bottle and was running with a push of a button. We live in Southeast Texas, have been through a few hurricanes and the most recent winter storm that caused power problems. We have had a much smaller gasoline generator and decided it was time for an upgrade. The running watts, dual fuel capabilities and numerous other features of this unit for the price is what sold us and we researched them all. We had an electrician install an interlock switch last fall, so we just plug the generator into the panel and feed the entire house with power.
I would recommend this to a friend!

LOOKS REALLY WELL BUILT

I have yet to try it out but from all appearances it looks like a well made machine.
I did a lot of research and this generator hit all the marks.
I wanted a dual fuel that will power my well, 2 refrigerators, some lights, internet/TV, ect.
As others have said, changing the oil will probably be a mess due to the placement of the oil drain plug but we shall see.
And putting the wheels on would be kinda tough (due to the wood pallet it comes on) unless you have help lifting it off the pallet or a tractor with a bucket/hitch like I have. It was easy for me.
I like the fact that it does come on a wood pallet and my generator arrived at the store in great shape.
I have an electrician coming in a week to wire the house panel so I can just plug in the generator on the outside of the house.
Overall I am impressed with the workmanship I can see and look forward to never having to worry about another power outage. (last one lasted 10 days)

Great Features

Bought this generator after experiencing TX Winter Storm without power and heat for 30+ hours. Have an electrician installed the line in and interlock switch on my panel and test drive the generator with success. Start on the 1st crank. Now we are ready if we have to go without power in the future.

Purchased after Texas power outage (FEB. 2010). Wired it into my service panel and it carries most everything. Runs TV, computers, fridge, freezer, wifi, washer, dish washer and all the LED lights I need. A wonderful generator. Would have given anything to have had it before the blizzard. Could even power clothes dryer IF you turn off the 5 Ton A/C while doing it. TREMINDOUS!!!! My model is the Wgen9500... Seems I couldn't see my exact unit.
