Haven’t had to actually use it long but testing works great. Whether powered via gasoline or natural gas, this generator has plenty of power for the whole house

I bought the WGen14500TFc last year. It runs like a champ and it easily powers my entire home except for central heat/air. I don't know that it wouldn't also handle the HVAC but I may consider adding a soft start before I try. It is a little noisy but I knew that going in and it is a fine tradeoff to have this level of backup power at a good price point. Right now my only recommendation to improve the generator would be for it to come with a magnetic oil drain plug.
I would recommend this to a friend!
