Did everything it said to do charge the battery put gas in it put the oil in it did follow the instructions will not start
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy for 1 person to setup and maneuver. Attached battery cable, put wheels on, added supplied oil and gas and she started right up. Like that it comes with a battery charger. Now we feel prepared for the next hurricane.
