Excellent Customer Service

Had this delivered and it worked great, but developed a small noise in the starter. Emailed Customer Service and they were extremely prompt addressing this issue, and sent me out a new starter no-charge. Now there's no starter noise, and the generator runs like a freight train!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good solid machine

Very easy to put together with the clear instructions included, even though it is a heavy machine, the wheels make it very easy to move around. We have not had to use it yet, but we now have peace of mind that we are prepared for an emergency of power outage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Day 1 not working properly

Hoping Westinghouse will do the right thing today when I call. Have had this 1 week and had a generator worker here to troubleshoot but came with shotty starter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fuel Selector Switch Mislabeled on WGEN12000DF

Great generator! Started right up on propane once I realized the fuel selector switch is mislabeled on the generator. The switch, actually, is up for gasoline and down for propane, as per the manual. See attached photo differences between generator and manual.

Bought it for to run my entire house. Have yet to need it. I run it every month. Now it won't stsy running. Not sure what it is. Bad gas or?? Need help
