I bought this after buying a DuroMax duel fuel 13Kw, which would not work on propane. The WGen12000DF worked right out of the box. Very straight forward installation and usage.

The only mistake is that we should have bought this sooner! Now we never have to worry. It starts right up. We have electricity for everything without any worries. It has been such a relief off my mind! Thank you!

New to Westinghouse Generators

Living on an acreage, we wanted a large portable generator to power everything. We purchased a Westinghouse WG 20000 and it arrived yesterday. First impressions were favourable. Although it isn't hooked up yet, we took it for a test drive to check the starting procedures, and to ensure it was getting fuel. Everything worked great. I'm sure it will work perfectly in an emergency in case of a power outage.

Good generator, problem with electric short

Bought this unit a year ago to replace a WGen9500. WGen12000 puts out home electronics grade power unlike the 9500 model. Have had several power outages and works like a champ. Currently having a problem with a short in the wiring that blows the fuse when starting. Working with Westinghouse to get it fixed.
