Great Features, low TDR

Hurricane season in the northeast always leaves to 1-2 days without power. This generator will be able to power my whole house for a less than 40% of cost if I had gone with a whole house system, and its portable which is an additional bonus.

Purchased to update my old generator. Good move as to needing it to be portable for my floor grinder. Great addition to my business and with the ease of the movability really easy to get where I need to use it.

Great generator but one small problem

The cables were on the battery when it came , but the electric start would not work , I called customer service and was told to Trace it back and I found it was not plugged in ! No where in the manual does it tell that there is a plug for the cables !
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's loud. Also: I called about the voltage only running at 194/96 volts when on low idle. Rep. Said would call back with answer. Did call back left message saying that's right. What can you possibly have running at that voltage?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We just purchased this generator and got it all set up no problem. It started on the first try. Haven't actually had to use it yet, but if it starting on the first try is any indication of how it will work in the future, it will be perfect. My wife even started it with little to no instruction.

Bought in July 2022, it was easy to assemble the parts. Cranked first try on gasoline. I am waiting on propane tank install, then will test on LP.
