Generator died during first use

This is the third WGen generator I have purchased. I love the fit and finish and the WGen20000c seems to be the best so far. Unfortunately, during my first use of the generator there was a transient power draw somewhere inside the generator which took it down. I am hopeful that Westinghouse can make this good and I can upgrade my overall rating!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my new generator. I just purchased it and has come in handy already. The remote start is definitely a nice touch as well. The Tri fuel also makes it to I’m never without a option

Showed up in a crate. Well packaged. Easy to assemble two loose parts. Ready to run. Documents easy to use and interpret. I’m ready for 2024 hurricane season.
