Great packaging

The product was on a pallet and very securely packaged. Going to assemble tonight and give it a trial run. Electrician scheduled to install next week.

Easy Unpacking and Setup

Very happy with unit, only started it up but have not used it yet, so far no issues generator started on first press of start button. Unpacking crate was easy, some posts stated it was difficult to get off pallet - I did not find it to be any issue and I'm in my upper 60's. Unit delivered by Estes and was in time window and with no damage, delivery people very friendly.
