Great Powerhouse, but starter issues

I bought this Generator in November of 2022 and it's been great and easy to use, easily handing whole house power needs. I love how easy it is to maintain and change the oil. Only problem is that the starter had begun to fail after only few months of use. I'm now trying to get it replaced under warranty, it's not exactly a easy machine to move around.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Need to have mechanic experience

Right out of box would not run
I have 30 yrs small engine mechanics so I found spark
Fuel to carburetor but wasn’t going through removed bottom shut off and it was gummed up from gas sitting from factory cleaned rest of carburetor internals and put back together runs fine now

We just purchased the 12500DF Generator and it works like a charm! We purchased a Duramax and issues with it from the start. The delivery service delivered it to where it need to go and was easy to setup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great generator with all the features you need!

After some severe weather where we lost power all day it was time to purchase a generator. Wanted the natural gas option as I'm lucky enough to have a line ran outside off my deck. Package showed up on time in great condition. Set up is simple and this generator comes with every thing you need , even the natural gas line! For the price and ease of use I would definitely recommend. Little heavy(to be expected for its size) has wheels to roll and 2 adults would have no problem lifting this into a truck if needed to move from one site to the next. Im OK with it as I don't plan to move it much once it's in place just needed a big enough generator to power the house in case we have an outage again.
