Great unit

I bought this generator a week ago. Very easy to assemble. Manual instructions is very simple and accurate! Following instructions I did push start first without a problem and second start by remote control. Everything is perfect! Thanks a million to Westinghouse!

y'all need to offer a cover for storage

I had to purchase a gentent....and due to your design, it does not fit perfectly.....it will do the job, but you need to offer an easy to use COVER.

Great generator for my 2500 Sq ft home

Purchased to provide back up during power outages. Works great at providing power for my entire home. Only issue was assembling the wheels. Had to file down two places for pins to set properly.

Mostly good product

This is my second Westinghouse Wgen12000. I have 2 to charge batteries for my DJI Agras T40 spray drones. On my first generator, the power switch went bad and was causing me problems and the low idle doesn't work most of the time any more. Otherwise has been reliable for over 100 hours. No issues in very hot weather and started relatively well after I ran it out of gas. I'm not a fan of how it starts up rough, but I believe it's because of the automatic choke. Burned less than 20 gallons of gas running all day for about 14 hours in up to 95-95+ degree heat pulling almost 10,000 watts. I wish the manuals were a little more detailed and obtaining parts was easier.
