With this purchase it makes it my second Westinghouse, my other Generator is a 9500DF. I was very satisfied with the first one and decided to go bigger.

Great features, easy operation

I purchased this a few weeks ago and am extremely happy with it. After installing a easystart on my 5 ton air conditioner, the generator had no problem running it and a refrigerator, lights, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a 12000 westhinghouse generator 3 years ago , and it was a pease of mind in power outages situation , thats is way i bougth this new one.

easy to rig up and initial start up

I haven't used it to to power the house yet. I will update running my 2.5-ton and 3.5-ton ac in the coming days.
This unit is large. It is not hard to move around with the long handles and wheels over flat ground.

Generator randomly shuts off throughout the day. Will
