Great Product

I bought this product less than a month ago and it was delivered promptly. Also, the packaging was really great. In order to avoid damage. Registering my product was very easy assembling. My product was very easy. Contacting customer service just to ask questions was very easy and I appreciate i the patience and kindness I was shown.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good generator for whole house

Bought a week ago, just got setup and running. Plenty of power. Only reason I did not give this 5 stars is lack of all technical documentation compared to competitors, and the fact it has to be lifted in the air for initial setup. For someone that doesn’t have a hoist, lifting 400lbs to get off the shipping pallet was a challenge
Overall great generator for power outages, especially if you want to power furnace, AC, and well pump

Shipping was not fast but this unit basically runs everything in my whole house. And reasonably quiet on propane to boot.

Great Generator for the price

After some delivery issues, the new generator arrived in sturdy and strong packaging. We liked the new improvements to the generator, such as the oil drain tube. The job is so much easier.

we got this as emergency power to run the whole house and after testing it out today i dont think that will be an issue at all. i love the push button start and how well the engine ran starting up on the first push after adding fuel annd oil. also lobe that this generator comes with everything you need to get it up and running as soon as it arrives and you dont even need any tools for assembly other than an 8mm wrench. comes with an included battery tender that plugs directly into the faceplate which is also a huge plus and much safer than using alligator clips directly on the battery terminals. all in all i think it's well worth the prise if you want a aqality package and no headaches.
