Haven't had to use in an emergency situation but when tested it handled the load perfectly.

Haven’t had a chance to use the 14,500 tri fuel generator yet. I can’t imagine having any problems running my entire house with it. Can’t give it five stars just yet but will return and give it the additional star if it works as intended.

I was searching for a steady 10+KW power generator for my construction business and decided for this one. It delivers quitly all the power I need and have some extra capacity which is always good. Quite (for the size) and reliable. Nothing bad to say about it. I'm 65 so moving this heavy equipment uphill is a good exercise for me but the big wheels help in the chalenge. Only thing I can critizise is the CO sensor located too close to exhaust and changes of wind direcftion can trip it off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the generator this week to replace my old one. It started right up and powered the house. Much easier to start than the old one. It was an easy set up and easy to use. Love that you can turn the battery off and on, also easy charging station. Looking forward to many years of use!
