Day 1 not working properly

Hoping Westinghouse will do the right thing today when I call. Have had this 1 week and had a generator worker here to troubleshoot but came with shotty starter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good solid machine

Very easy to put together with the clear instructions included, even though it is a heavy machine, the wheels make it very easy to move around. We have not had to use it yet, but we now have peace of mind that we are prepared for an emergency of power outage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After an exhausting 4 weeks of research upon
research (i.e. google ,YouTube videos, and etc.) of the many brands , size , and wattage amount
I felt extremely confident that the WGen12000DF was the correct fit for my home and household needs.
