Great size

I bought this generator right after the Beryl hurricane where we spent 4 days without power. My friend had the same generator during the hurricane and it covered the entire house. Great generator.. Now, I am ready for the next storm.

Runs strong out of the box

I bought the 9500 runnings watt dual fuel to replace my 3850 generator to run my A/C units and freezers as the power has become unreliable lately. I have propane a 500 gallon propane tank that should carry for a long period.

I read a lot of reviews, but I went ahead and purchased this unit. It came to me with little instructions so I have to add a few of my own. You have to make sure you turn the battery switch on and off after usage or you’ll drain out the battery. You have to make sure You charge the battery. I would purchase Pennzoil 5W 30 synthetic oil in bulk and change it frequently. And most of all and most important put gas saver mixed with your gas, I recommend STA – BIL fuel stabilizer this will keep your gasoline stable for up to 24 months, but I would run it out and into your car after 12. Lastly, when you’re done using your generator, turn the gas off and let it run out of your carburetor, don’t leave gasoline laying around in your carburetor. It’s not a good idea. I’ve had several motorcycles mostly dirt bikes, and through the years, I’ve had to take them apart only to clean, clean, carburetors out and put them back together again because of the carburetors and jetting work ….
Know what you know what you’re getting into basic concepts this is not hard stuff, but it will make your generator run the first time, run every time you need it and it will stay with you for life. This is a great great generator.

Powerful and easy to use

I bought this a month ago and have used it one time already. It was powerful enough to power my entire home minus one of two AC units. Though very large it is relatively easy to move and a great value. Generac generators were quoted at 3 times the cost of this device and this one can go with me if I ever move.

Looks solid!

Just started it up but it looks very well built and sounds great. Excited to have this thing in case of emergency. I do wish it came with some wheels but other than that I give it 10/10.
