Upgraded Generator

Hurricane Helene left us w/o power for 8 days in WNC. I had a smaller, propane only, generator. It was only good for a 30A hookup to my home. This new generator is duel-fuel and provides a 50A hookup. We’re ready for anything now.

So far it is working great, love the remote control wold give it a higher rate but I am still in the break in weeks so I will see.

It is a big boy, but not any louder than standard 4k plus gas generators. One never hopes on power outages, but I hope this one will do the job. When the time comes, I will update this.

Easy setup. I wish the instructions about grounding was more clear. Generator needs to be neutral unbonded in order to power your house

Won’t Start

Won’t start and run out of the box. Tries to start 3 times and won’t run.

Enough power to run my whole house. Can run off of propane as well which is a nice feature.
