Leaking fuel

2nd time using the generator. I followed gasoline startup procedure, turned the fuel selector knob to allow for gasoline operation, fuel starts poring down into the engine and appears to be coming out in several places. Obviously I can’t use it now since it is a fire hazard. Very disappointed since it is only 2 months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features

Bought the 12000DF for emergency/storm backup. Generator was delivered in great condition and was easy to assemble. With the wheels installed, moving the generator was easier than I expected. Start-up instructions where clear and the remote start feature will be very useful. Multiple outlets provide great flexibility.

This was purchased as a backup home generator and it does exactly what it was advertised to do. Has remote electric start, plugs into house circuits and carry’s the load.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy setup, Great Features & Efficiency

I did thorough research between this generator and other manufacturers. The WGen12000DF offered the better options such as the 5% THD along with the fuel efficiency of 11 hours @ 50% load. The auto idle feature is great too.
You don't get these many features with competitor models.
It arrived within a week due to shipment. No damages to shipment. Came with oil and battery. Connected the battery, added oil and fuel. The generator fired after a couple cranks.
I got it registered for warranty and am ready for hurricane season here in Florida.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well built & gets the job done with no issues

Bought this a few weeks ago to build metal horse fencing for a pen and paddocks on 22 acres. The remote start is an excellent feature. We had a great deal of fencing and fuel economy was very good. We have no trouble using the generator to power the fridge and the rest of our home whilst completing our build and waiting for the electricity. Completely recommend.
