Rock solid so far...

Well packaged and crated!. Easy wheel assembly, quick start. Still in break-in, but light load-obviously the unit did not flinch. Found the battery area a little cramped to attach the negative terminal. Runs really smooth!. Would like to see some scoring on the dipstick to see the oil level a little easier. Would recommend to other homeowners. Lost mine during Hurricane Ian.

Whole house portable gen. Easy to maneuver for such a large unit. Appears to be very well built. I’m not ready for hurricane season!

Screws stripped upon arrival, what next

Haven't started it yet but the screws for the rubber feet where stripped and couldn't install. Tried to register and get my free cover but can insert a link that will be accepted. Frustrating. What next?

Not a good way to start

Big, Powerful, Heavy

Overall satisfied with this machine. It's a beast, but able to power my whole house with an outdoor 50A receptacle and interlock switch put on my panel
PRO's: Powerful, appears to be well built, looks good, has 50A outlet and PLENTY of other plugs, has clean low THD power, good value, I like the low idle mode for warming up and cooling down the machine
CON's:
- Very heavy. Ok to roll on flat surface, but challenging to roll on even a slight incline. Don't expect to move this into a truck bed or up any kind of hill without some major help.
- Loud. You probably expect this, but it's about as loud as a riding mower at full throttle without mowing deck engaged
- Large Size. Before you buy, check the dimensions and make sure you have a plan on for where to store it. Will be a challenge to store in a garage if you also plan to park a car in there too.
- Oil dipstick is hard to remove and replace
- Connecting battery is a little tricky due to weird angles of wires
- Location of 50A plug means that you have to tuck the cord behind the generator wheel. Not a big deal, but could have been thought out better

2 ND Gen and problems again

My first gen was replaced under warranty. The replacement that has less the 100 hrs and is now not running well enough to power the well pump. Warranty people were very responsive to the first one. I will see how they do on the 2nd.
