Received the Westinghouse iGen 2500 today (27 Oct). I added oil and fresh 89 octang non- ethanol fuel. Started immediatly and ran smoth. Sound level with no laod at 25' was great! I tested it with the following loads: LG 12k window a/c unit (10A) and it pulled less than 25% power from th igen 2500. Next i ran an electric chainsaw (14A) and pulled 50% power. Finally, i tried a 15k electric heater and pulled 50% load. All these ran for less than 1 minute. Vety Impressive !!!

Tremendous product for the price

I purchased the IGEN 2500 because I was GC of my own house build and needed power on the site until the power company brought in my power cable. This unit was amazing. It never failed to impress. I plan on buying another one so I can parallel them in the event of a power outage.

Easy start, all the features

Bought this a couple months ago. Have used it for volunteer work repainting fire hydrants. Runs the power tools and a small air compressor with no problems. Ran it in parallel with my iGen2200 during break-in, but it handles the load by itself now with no problem. Quiet, even when not in Eco mode. Really handy during temporary power outages,

Just got this very nice looking generator smaller size and easy for moving only 48 lbs , the side part is very difficult to get off tho screws dont seem to come out not happy with that part of it so far .
