First time generator owners.

During a power outage last year we borrowed a friends Westinghouse Dual Fuel 6000W and we loved it. So for our first generator we purchased the igen2800dfc. We wanted a dual fuel option. The instructions were clear and easy to use we were able to get it setup with everything that is came with minus fuel source. Turned it on and tested electronics on it and everything worked great.

This is my second Igen2800Dfc generator and I will be using it with a parallel cable to attach to my first 2800Dfc. This should provide plenty of power to recharge my Anker powerstations.

Much louder than we thought. Starts up well with gasoline. Not so well with propane.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
