Very nice inverter

Got the inverter added gas and oil and it fired right up. Runs nice and quiet. Looking to use it dry camping.

Immediate failure to operate

Hard to start at first then immediately went to an over speed situation and indicator showed over load situation. Unable to contact service on 7/3 and when contacted them 7/5 there was NO sense of helping a traveling customer get a replacement shipped soon enough to catch up with us.

Runs great. After 5 minutes, initial start up, no power output. Caught fire above the muffler behind the grille.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SUPPLY POWER TO MY RV. SPECS. THAT I READ FIT MY UNITS REQUIRMENTS. WILL RUN MY AIR COND, MY MICROWAVE AND REFRIG BUT NOT ALL AT THE SAME TIME . VERY SATISIFED. IST START UP WAS COMPLETED ON SECOND PULL. WE ARE IN EARTH QUAKE COUNTRY AND MY BE OF USE IF CALLED ON..

Excellent for Camping Trailer use

I have a small 30A travel trailer that can run just fine on 20A, as long as you don't turn it all on at once. This generator provides up to 18.3A (according to documentation) and worked perfectly to run 5000 BTU air conditioner and 2.7'cu fridge and lights, with only 25% load showing on the display. Unsure of exact dB level (claim is 53dB with no load) but very quiet. Simple operation and excellent documentation included (too rare these days).

If this delivers power as advertised, I'll get the parallel cable and a second iGen2500. That should provide enough power to run my RV air conditioner.
