Difficult to start.

I bought this for emergency backup. It has always taken some effort to get running (summer months) but I can’t even get it to pop trying to start in colder temps.

No fuel shut off valve

Great generator but would have liked it to have a fuel shut off valve. I looked to see if I could add one but not much room inside to add one. My Champion 3100 does have a shut off valve a good feature to have to run gasoline out of the carburetor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Another reason to not buy

Not only is the iGen2500 a junk generator, Westinghouse likes to lie about the performance. The specification sheet indicates a 52dba noise level. Both of mine do not run anywhere close to 52dba.

Quality of IGen 2500 Excellent

This is my 2nd IGen 2500 purchase so can parallel to one bought few ago. They always work perfect and easily start (I use pure fuel only to avoid any possible problems)
