I bought this a couple of weeks ago for a 30 day boondocking trip to the Arizona desert. I plugged my camper into it before leaving, started on first pull and was suprising very quiet.

The Westinghouse iGen2500 is not whisper quiet but is much quieter than my old 7500 model. I like the high efficiency mode as it runs a lot quieter with smaller loads. I like the built in display showing various modes. The supplied screw in oil funnel is a nice feature as well. After adding the supplied oil and required fuel, it started with just a few pulls. This is a good size. Any bigger and it would require wheels or a dolly.

Just received the iGen2500 and can’t wait to try it out. Best rated inverter on the net. I arrived packaged well with no damage to the outer packaging. Highly recommended.

I bought this generator inverter to use with my small travel trailer (Casita) and provide emergency power at home. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Filled it up with oil provided and gas. Started up first pull. Surprisingly quiet. Can’t wait to use it when camping this spring.
