Added oil and gas, pulled the handle and it started right up. I tried to start my RV's 13,500 BTU air conditioner and was really surprised that it had no problem. The displays are good with voltage output, watts using, fuel supply, running hours, hours left etc. So far, call me impressed.

Very quiet and easy to start and carry around. Runs my 13,500 BTU Coleman RV A/C unit without issue.

Nice unit with more juice than similar generators

Purchased as backup on RV. I was able to start the 15BTU AC on low in the RV (with Soft Start) with only 75% power consumption. Microwave and other items ran fine. Easy to carry.

Received my portable generator and it is small enough for me to carry. Easy to use, store and maintain. Purchased for power outage and am happy that I have it. Great peace of mind!

Great Features and more running and starting watts

Delivered today. Came with the oil in the box, nice. Started on the 3rd pull. Ran for about 10 minutes to warm up, hooked to a small draw for another 10 minutes ran steady. Hooked up to my RV trailer and started my fan ran for 30 seconds, then started my 13,500 BTU A/C after about a second delay the compressor kicked on and was pushing out cold air at around 1600 running watts. Very pleased so far with the iGen 2500, really like the led readout and that it doesn’t automatically rotate through the display, but you push a button and can leave it on the display you want to view. So far so good!

I bought this during the winter storms but it didn't arrive until afterwards. However, we had a big storm this past weekend and lost power. This generator worked like a champion. A little louder than I was expecting, but I didn't really know what to expect as this is my first generator. I'm thinking about getting an identical one for even more power!

best features of any i've owned

my last "H" generator worked well but the control panel was sparse compared to this unit......the generator arrived without issues or damaged, it was packed very well....i really like the control panel, very well laid out.....the "Digital Data Center" is awesome with loads of info....very happy so far, i would recommend this generator...
