Second Unit Running.

I got this second iGen2800DFc dual fuel generator so we can pair them together and run all the necessary items in our RV. Ran both of them for 5 hours of break in as per the manual. This past weekend I hooked them up and tested out the parallel cord and power. Had the rooftop A/C, two refrigerator running. only 25% power showing. Then I added the microwave and got to 50% power. This was running on propane. So I am all good with running what I need to with these two inverter generators. Very pleased at this point. We had electric hook up so I have not run them at length in parallel. But I am going to condider it a no brainer. And when I learned how long it can run on propane I was thrilled! Looking forward to using them when no electricity is around.

Very quiet, light weight

Just bought the 2800DFc - put oil in as stated (it took the bottle provided) spark plug was NOT broken. Baby started right up after adding a little gas. Was very happy to buy MADE IN USA! I will try to remember to check back in after its had a chance to be used.

Filled with fuel and it leaked out thru the air filter housing.

So Far, So Good

Easy set up, started on second pull with propane. Needed a small inverter generator to charge my emergency back up battery, and this is perfect.
