Solid unit with power to spare

I bought this generator a month ago to deal with anticipated power outages. Luckily I wasn't faced with any so the unit is still in new condition. I sized it to handle my boiler primarily but it can also handle my entertainment center (FiOS cable boxes, router, modem, TV) as well as some lights. I'm considering having a transfer switch installed so I can choose other circuits to power in case I need to run an AC or refrigerator instead of the boiler.

Quiet Power for many uses

I recently purchased the IGen 2500 for use with my travel trailer but have found that it also comes in handy when doing repairs or maintenance on my trailer at the storage facility. This generator allows me the opportunity to use power tools and other electrical items while working on my trailer in storage. I also anticipate being able to use it in the event of a power failure due to inclement weather. I was pleased with how quiet this unit is and have recommended it to a neighbor and fellow camper.

Light weight and quiet

I purchased this unit to power my travel trailer when power is unavailable. It is very compact and relatively light for a generator. Great features and very quiet to operate in a campground. Very pleased up to this point.
