Only have used it once but it met every expectation I had. I feel like it is a quality unit right down to the included tools and funnel.

Very Quiet

Everything about purchasing the generator was easy, including the setup. The directions were clear (other than me not noticing there was a button for the digital display), and everything was included for the initial startup (even including a no drip funnel for the oil fill). Everything worked perfectly, and I was very pleased at how quiet it is.
I would recommend this to a friend!
