Love the quietness of this IGEN2500. Had a few issues with it upon receiving this unit, but customer service was quik to resolve them. Would have rated this generator 5 stars if not for the issues from right out of the box.
I would recommend this to a friend!

starts rite up.
runs fantastic.
I check the power, it is as advertised.
nice-looking unit.
comes with everything you need to get started with about a 15 minute set up time.
the unit is made well.
Cons.
the only partial con is the housing rattles a bit. found this to be true with most of the competitors as well.

Overall performance fairly good. It will run small to medium load with ease.
Has some design issues that should be worked out. Oil fill and check point is tedious to access, even though according to the directions this should be checked at each use (and voids the warranty if not checked). Oil cap is easily cross threaded.
