Ready for the next outage

Have yet to start it but will run it off propane only so that I can be confident that it will be ready for the next outage. Looking forward to having quieter power than my old open frame generator.

Tailgate ready & home B-U battery system recharger
on October 6, 2026

Weight and appearance as expected. Easy carry is great for tailgating and power, especially with propane, is a recharge method for my EcoFlow Home backup battery system. Arrived ready to go with very simple minor set-up. Very happy so far!

Very happy with this generator. Build quality is nice, quiet, fairly light weight, and easy to setup. I also like the LED lights on the front panel. That's a nice touch.

Great Inverter Generator

This is my second Westinghouse generator. My first was a 5300v gas generator and it works great but the 2800DFC is much quieter and the THD is significantly lower which is what I needed to charge my power stations.

Nice little generator

We haven't had to use the generator yet (which is good, it's for power outages) but it's relatively simple to operate and is light enough for my wife to move without my help. The fact that the first fill of engine oil is actually included is also handy.
