Very quiet!

I bought this last month for emergencies. Started up quickly and ran quietly. My only concern is it runs a little rough, especially when I first started it up, but then I've only ran it 15 minutes, and it is smoother than when I first started it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super I/GEN

I purchased this I/GEN because I wanted one lighter than my old regular generator with the same wattage. I got it, put the oil in, put some fuel in and it started on the second or third pull. Checked everything out and it was A O/K. Plugged up some of my equipment and tried it out. It ran just fine. I ran it about 1 1/2 hours, cut it off for about 30 minutes then started it again with no problem. I ran it a while longer and cut it off. I am thoroughly pleased with it. Great buy as far as I am concerned.

Generator solidly met expectations

Got this for my Christmas present. Opened box today. It had the features I expected and quality.
The good. It came with small oil, spark plug wrench, funnel, and nice “cheat sheet” to start and maintain engine. Heavy molded plastic seems very durable. All buttons and gadgets in generator where there and indicated nicely. No surprises!
Bad. None so far. The side cover was tougher to get off than expected, but I’m sure that will be easier over time. Also the spark plug cable is difficult to pop off, hopefully that will get easier too. I did not care for the ribbed funnel they give, I would have liked a smooth bore.
Other all, I was very grateful the product delivered as promised. I had spent many hours researching this product and inverter generators in general. I have not cranked it yet, I want to use “real” gas in it, And I don’t have any right now. Sorry about that.

Spark plug lead won't stay on.

Bought this i2500 gen set in October 2020 new. Filled with oil, fuel etc. Read instruction manual. Started and ran for 1/2 an hour. Pulled it out today because of power failure. Started and only ran for a few minutes and stopped. Went through all the trouble shooting and still no joy. Checked spark plug lead and found it had popped off. Reseated then started gen set again, ran for 30 seconds and lead popped off again. How do I fix this problem?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
